If you go to cancel your membership. They're supposed to send you an email stating your cancellation date. But they don't send you an email. So when you think you're subscription has been canceled, they continue to bill you. Then I ask for the email that you never got and refuse to refund your subscription fees because you don't have a way to prove it. Yet when you log back in, it tells you how many days are left on your subscription, even though you already canceled it.
