The AI just applies on your behalf, which makes the process feel like a black box.
This lack of transparency makes it difficult to verify whether the jobs are legitimate or even still available.
2. Broken or Removed Listings
Many of the AI recommendations provided through the browser extension link to external job sites where the listing has already been removed.
That means the platform may be attempting to apply to outdated postings.
3. No Scam Filtering
The system does not seem to distinguish between legitimate jobs and potential scam postings.
It appears to apply broadly without strong filtering, which could expose users to questionable opportunities.
4. Email Spam Issue
The website advertises that you will not receive individual “We have received your application” emails and instead will get a summarized daily report.
In my experience, this did not work.
I still received every confirmation email from the jobs it applied to, which resulted in a lot of inbox clutter.

About a month ago, I decided to look into tools that could make my job search more efficient and stumbled upon JobCopilot, an AI-driven service that had received positive mentions on Reddit.

However, upon reviewing the answers before they were submitted, I discovered some serious problems.
The AI-generated responses frequently contained inaccuracies regarding my work history, inserting unnecessary or completely fabricated information to align with job descriptions.
This lack of clarity in the application process—specifically, not disclosing the exact questions being answered—only increased my doubts.
After submitting over 600 applications in a month, I received not a single genuine interview opportunity.
To make matters worse, I was inundated with scam job offers, including dubious emails and unprofessional interview requests on platforms like Discord.
It became evident that JobCopilot was focusing more on quantity than quality, sending out and unreliable that no would take.
In the end, this service ended up causing more harm than good, risking my professional reputation.
When compared to taking just 30 minutes to apply thoughtfully on LinkedIn, JobCopilot was ultimately a waste of both money and effort.
If you’re thinking about trying it, I suggest you save yourself the trouble—I cannot endorse it.
